By accessing or using the EasyAdmin™ platform ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.
Your continued use of EasyAdmin™ constitutes acceptance of these terms.
"EasyAdmin™"
refers to the business platform operated by Aurum Softweare Pty Ltd, including its owners, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates.
"User"
means any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Service.
"Content"
includes all data, documents, information, graphics, and other material submitted or generated by users.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use EasyAdmin™. By registering, you warrant that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.
Account Security
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
Account Access
You agree not to share access to your account or use another user's account without authorization.
Account Responsibility
You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to use the Service solely for lawful business purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You must not:
All intellectual property rights in and to the Service, including source code, trademarks, logos, design, and underlying technology, remain the exclusive property of EasyAdmin™ or its licensors.
Users retain ownership of their uploaded content but grant EasyAdmin™ a limited license to use it solely for the operation of the platform.
Subscription Access
Access to certain features may require a paid subscription.
Billing & Refunds
Fees are billed monthly or annually in ZAR and are non-refundable, except where required by law.
Pricing Changes
EasyAdmin™ reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
Payment Management Disclaimer
Our platform provides tools, reminders, and features intended to help you track and manage payments effectively. However, EasyAdmin™ does not and cannot guarantee that all payments will be made by your customers, that payments will be made on time, or that payment issues will never occur. Responsibility for collecting and ensuring payment ultimately rests with you as the account holder.
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, without notice, if:

Excluded Damages
EasyAdmin™ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including data loss or loss of business profits.
Liability Cap
Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 3 months prior to the event giving rise to the liability.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. While we strive to ensure accuracy, we do not warrant that the information on the platform is complete, current, or error-free.
Use of the Service is at your own risk and discretion.
We process personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

EasyAdmin™ may integrate or rely on third-party services (e.g., payment processors, cloud providers). We are not responsible for the performance or content of these third parties.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. You will be notified of material changes via email or platform notification.
Continued use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of South African courts.
All subscription plans currently include generous usage allowances to support our early customers during the initial growth phase of the service. At present, certain features (including, but not limited to, the number of customers, invoices, reports, and file storage) may appear without explicit limits.
These allowances are provided on a fair use basis. "Fair use" means that usage should remain within reasonable levels expected from normal business operations for the subscribed plan type. Excessive or abnormal usage that impacts service performance for other users may be subject to review.
EasyAdmin™ reserves the right to introduce or enforce reasonable limits, restrictions, or technical caps on any plan features in the future to ensure fair access and consistent service for all customers. Any such changes will be communicated to affected customers in advance, and where applicable, customers will have the option to adjust, upgrade, or cancel their plan.
